Patterson Lakes Retirement Village is located on McLeod Road off
Nepean Highway in the beautiful South Eastern waterfront suburb
of Patterson Lakes. The village is uniquely situated around its
own private lake, complete with an island and walkway. The birdlife
is abundant and ducks swim across the lake.
Patterson Lakes shopping centre is within walking distance, and
Frankston and Chelsea centres are only a minutes ride in the village

Village. Independent Living Villas are
for those retirees who still want to be independent but enjoy the
benefits of living within a community. The brand new Serviced
Apartments adjoin the community centre and provide a higher
level of care for those retirees who want and need a bit of extra

Serviced Apartments:
The Serviced Apartments at Patterson Lakes extend over part of
the central lake. Adjoining the community centre, the serviced apartment
residents benefit from all the facilities and services available
within the complex, such as the dining area and medical rooms. The
new improved floorplan features a separate bedroom with ensuite
and a spacious living/dining area.
Independent Living Villas:
Independent Living Villas are for those residents who still want
to be independent but also enjoy all the benefits of living within
a community. There is a one or two bedroom floorplan to choose from,
both have spacious lounges and open-plan kitchen and dining areas
which lead to the outdoor patio.
